Meet Krystal

Krystal serves as the Chief Executive and Clinical Officer at Irenic, integrating strategic and clinical leadership. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she is nationally certified with the NBCC and is an Arizona board-approved behavioral health supervisor. Her certifications include Clinical Trauma Specialist for individuals, families, and victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking, and she is proficient in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

With a diverse background in treating adult SMI clients, high-need teens, male parolees, and at-risk teens who were sex-trafficked, Krystal combines clinical expertise with executive leadership to drive growth and excellence. She ensures that operational and clinical aspects align with best practices and regulatory standards.

Krystal holds licensure in Arizona and Washington and is pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Grand Canyon University. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College, NY, and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, AZ.
